What will I receive?
An AirPods case cover in your selected design and model. AirPods earbuds and the charging case are not included.
Which AirPods model should I choose?
Choose the exact model shown on the product page. AirPods and AirPods Pro generations have different case shapes; a similar appearance does not confirm compatibility.
- On your paired iPhone or iPad, open Settings, then Bluetooth.
- Tap the information button next to your AirPods and find the model number.
- Match it using Apple’s AirPods identification guide, then select the matching option on our product page.
If your exact model is not listed, please contact us before ordering. Do not select a different generation. If you need help, send us the model number; you do not need to send your serial number.
How long does delivery take?
Order preparation: 3–7 business days. After dispatch, estimated transit times are:
- Japan: 7–15 business days
- United States & Canada: 10–20 business days
- United Kingdom, Europe, Australia & New Zealand: 10–25 business days
- South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia & Taiwan: 7–20 business days
- Other supported destinations: 15–30 business days

What if my item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Approved damaged, defective, or incorrect-item claims are refunded without requiring you to return the item. See our Refund Policy for the full conditions and your applicable rights.
